The art of cooking
as many of you know cooking and baking is my passion. i love what i do, and i love to share what i know. like any fine art, great cookery requires taste and creativity, an appreciation of beautyand mastery of technique. like sciences, successful cookery demands knowledge and an understanding of basic principles.
